One of our most requested team manuals, this document is given to every usher as part of their training. When we moved from a 1,000 seat building into our current 2,500 seat facility, we found that our ushers were not organized or prepared for the jump in complexity in managing the room. Dan Reiland reorganized the team, and created service leaders and section leaders for our five sections. This is what he produced during that time. We have made very few changes since then. (Except of course, Dan no longer supervises the Usher Team!)
