Our Guest Services team is made up of a network of smaller teams working together to make the 12Stone experience memorable and meaningful. This guide covers the culture, structure, and key ministry practices of the team. We use this brochure in training our Guest Services volunteers. Also included is an audio from a meeting with our volunteer teams when we rolled out our new guest services philosophy in 2014. We thought this might be helpful to you, along with the guide, as you consider first impressions at your church.
