When a student in the group presents behavior difficulties, he or she must be addressed fairly, consistently, and with respect. This resource contains the four "R's" of our Middle School Ministry's Discipline Plan: Request, Request (Again), Reseat, and Remove. In addition, follow-up is the key to making sure students understand why they were discplined and how to make changes in the future. You are invited to download and edit this resource for use in the creation of your own student ministry discipline plan.
