This resource contains systems and procedures for the telephones and voicemails when a call is missed during or out of office hours. It is managed by our I.T Department in cooperation with the Logistics/Reception team. This system is in place to ensure that we are able to route callers to the information they need as quickly as possible. FYI - we currently use the AltiGen Phone System.
