At 12Stone, the final decision of whether to employ an individual is made by our Executive Pastor. This decision is made after several interviews with Human Resources, the prospective supervisor, and quite often a person of trust in a peer position. Once the Executive Pastor personally interviews the candidate and provides his approval, a Proposal of Employment is sent and the candidate has seven days to respond.
