In spite of being a large, multi-campus church, we strive to deliver personal, high-quality pastoral care to our congregation. This occurs naturally for those who are connected with a Small Group or serve on a ministry team yet the majority of our attendees have no personal relationship with anyone else at 12Stone. When help is needed, they reach out through calls, emails, social media, or just drop by the church office and ask for a pastor.
To help our pastoral staff balance and protect weekly work rhythms, we take turns as the “Pastor-On-Call” to react to these requests. Although each campus has its own process, these documents are the basis for the overall response that we deliver.
